Non-recursive checkouts are somewhat broken currently. The
subversion devs are working on it, but don't expect a fix too

The subfolder (all subfolders) will be created, as soon as there are
changes in it (them).

TSVN has no corresponding command, but I don't think it makes
sense to implement something similar unless non-recursive
checkouts are fixed in the subversion library.
