This also is a problem with USB flash drives which prevents them from being
stopped. I never noticed using Windows XP because I just unplug it, but now
using Windows 2000 at work where it needs to be stopped to unplug it safely
TSVNCache prevents it stopping.

It's also a problem when using an encrypted partition using Cryptainer which
prevents the encrypted partition from being unloaded because TSVNCache locks
the encrypted virtual drive.
