Installation Help

Hi Sirs,

My OS is Win2K with SP4. When I run the TortoiseSVN-1.3.2.5840-svn-1.3.0.msi
to install the Subversion, I got the error message:
"The installation package could not be opened. Verify that the package
exists and that you can access it, or contact the application vendor to
verify that this is a valid Windows Installer package."

I don't know why and hope to get help from you. Attached is the message for
you reference.
