But then doesn't Windows recycle bin help? I have never accidentally
deleted a working copy. And, doesn't Windows ususally ask (by default) "Are
you sure you want to delete ...?"

When I hit delete, it's very much intentional. I find it a real hassle to
wade through right click menus to perform a deletion when Tortoise is
latched in.
