Not sure about the specific issue you speak of, but I have had great success
with this one:

the caveat was that I had to set my system time to 24 hours and I hacked the
code to use a unique number rather than file path for naming working files.
(The current version of the tool might have these two issues fixed)

I can probably send you my fixed JAR if you're interested. Or, I can send
you a copy of my config file if it would help.
