Is it always the same files?
What/where does it get "corrupted"?
Eg is the version submitted corrupt but not the version on your disk,
etc?

You could also run filemon.exe and filter for the image files to see
what programs are accessing those files.

I doubt that very much. It's easy to find out. Close explorer, kill
TSVNCache.exe and run your batch file again. If you still get corruption
then it's not TSVN. You might try the Subversion users mailing list.
