Right-click, in the TSVN submenu, choose "repo-browser".

I don't know when we will release 1.4. It all depends on the Subversion
project (we'll release soon after they release version 1.4.0).

The nightly builds are always quite stable. I'm using those all the
time, and so do several others here on this list.

But note: version 1.4 will upgrade your working copies to the newer
format, which means you can't use older clients anymore without doing a
fresh checkout.
