Changed the cursor to a hand when over that label in revision 6896.
But underlining isn't a good idea, because that label usually contains
more text than just the URL, and underlining a whole sentence is ugly.

We don't provide automatic downloading. Because the URL where to
download the new version from changes with every release.
And a new button just to go directly to the downloadpage instead of the
main page is too much - once on the mainpage, one click and you're on
the download page anyway.
