Update notification - really small issue

I just now discovered that the URL displayed in the "Check for
Updates" dialog (for the TSVN homepage) actually is clickable.
Previously, I didn't know this, so every time I had an update
notification, I was going to my browser and manually going to the
site.

Can this dialog be enhanced in one of 2 ways?

1) Make the URL more visibly a hyperlink (blue color, underlined,
cursor changes to a hand perhaps)
2) Provide 2 buttons on the dialog - "Download now", which then opens
the system default browser to the TSVN download page (same as the
link), and "Close" which just closes the dialog (same as "OK" today)

Or maybe both?
