(Bug) in TortoiseSVN 1.3.3, Build 6219 - 32 Bit: export all copie s toplevel .svn folder

The following is not important, but surprising (IMHO) for the user:

What I did:
* go with explorer into the first level of a folder with an svn-controled
project (first folder with .svn folder) (say c:\project).
* mark all files (c:\project\*.*) with Ctrl-A including folder .svn.
* right-click on one file and drag onto an empty folder "c:\dest".
* release mouse and select "export all" in context menu
What happened:
* All files and folders were correctly copied
* The folder c:\project\.svn was also copied to c:\dest, but without
contents.
* in no exported subdirectory, threre were any additional created folders
What should happen:
* File and folder export should not copy/create any folders named .svn.

System:
    Windows XP SP2 German
    svnserve 1.3.2 on windows XP
    TortoiseSVN 1.3.3, Build 6219 - 32 Bit

Thank you for everything!

Harald
