bug report : can't move '...\current.tmp' to'....\current'

hi,

i currently use tortoisesvn 1.3.3 build 6219 (newest version).
the repository is located on a windows server.
 i don't use server for access (apache/svnserve), and access them using
the file:// protocol.
sporadically i get error messages when trying to commit files or modify
the repository (repo-browser).

error: "can't move '...repository\db\current.tmp' to 'repository\current':
file exists"

what's wrong?
is this configuraton allowed? (mapped windows server-drive/no svnserver)
