Concurrent access is not a problem.
The only problem you could face right now is if you would use a TSVN
nightly build from the 'latest' folder. That one is linked with
Subversion trunk, and that one uses a newer wc format. So once you've
accessed your working copy with an 1.4.x client, you can't access it
anymore with an older client.
But as long as you use the official TSVN release, you won't have that
problem.
