failed to fetch lock information : 404 not found

Dear users,

I'm trying to "show diff" with TortoiseSVN on a file that is in a
folder renamed.
The error is "failed to fetch lock information : 404 not found"
Is that a SVN problem or a TortoiseSVN error ?

I have installed SVN 1.3.1 , and I believed that bug was fixed in the
new subversion release.
Does anyone experience the same problem?
