It shouldn't be necessary to uninstall TSVN. Upgrading *should* work
without problems. But if you had a nightly build installed, the upgrade
might not have worked back then. The current nightlies aren't a problem
anymore, but some time ago (don't know the exact revision, too lazy to
look) there was a problem.
