Bug Report: Access Denied when checking out

Hello,

I was checking out a repository when in the middle of the process the
following error message popped up:
"Error: Can't move 'D:\Metaphase\.svn\tmp\entries' to 'D:\Metaphase\.svn\entries': Access denied"

When I tried again erverything worked fine. This is not reproducible.
Perhaps it is caused by a race condition.

I came across this error once before when I was adding lots of files to a repository.
On the server side everything was added. Just the client side was left in an
inconsistent state.
