In your WC, do you have a Branch/tag item on your TSVN menu? I
started using SVN & TSVN well after the 1.1 days, but on my copy
(1.3.x), this menu item brings up a dialog where I can specify what
revision to use for the copy - HEAD, a specific rev, or my working
copy.
