Can you do other operations on that working copy? Like commit?
What URL does it show you in the properties Subversion tab?
(right-click, "properties").

If you check out a fresh working copy from that repository, do you see
the same problem? Or is it only with this particular working copy?

If it's attached to your repository, maybe you can zip and send it to
me. If it's attached to your working copy, then I can't really help...
