Context menu "Remove from ignore list" bug

Hi people,

The "remove from ignore list" in the context menu seems to be buggy:

 - if removing a folder named "Xabsl" using the context menu, an svn:ignore
entry for "Xabsl2" will be changed to "2". It should have only removed the
entry "Xabsl" (just as it did) but leave alone the "Xabsl2" entry.

 - the "Remove from ignore list" is not shown for folders which have a name
which is middle part of another ignored folder. Let me give an example: if I
have two folders "Xabsl2" and "ab" ignored, the "Remove from ignore list"
will not be shown for the folder "ab" even though there is an "ab" entry in
svn:ignore.

It's not really important but just to let you know :-)
