Does 'global ignore list' work in TortoiseSVN 1.3.1, Build 5521 - 32 Bit ?

Hi,

I have TortoiseSVN 1.3.1 installed on my Windows XP (SP2) machine. More
information is provided at the end of this mail.

I had set up a global ignore pattern because I develop small programs in
Delphi, VB.Net and CSharp. The string is as following

*/Debug */Release *.[bB][aA][kK] *.~* *.[dD][lL][lL] *.[eE][xX][eE]
*.[cC][oO][mM] *.[oO][bB][jJ] *.[dD][cC][uU] *.[dD][sS][kK] *.[mM][aA][pP]
*.[mM][pP][sS] *.[mM][pP][tT] *.[rR][sS][mM] *.[dD][rR][cC] *.[cC]ache
*.[rR]esources *.[pP][dD][bB] *.[sS][uU][oO]

But I see that the files in Debug and Release folders (e.g. EXE and DLL)
files are also included in the check for modifications etc. So much so, I
imported the project in to a repository, and these files (exe and dll),
along with many others (suposed to be ignored ones) went into my repository.

Any solution to this problem? Pardon me if it is already logged as a bug.

Vijay Gill
