Can't reproduce that. Can you be somewhat more specific? What do you do?
How do you access the revision graph? What are the URLs you use?
Is there an error message or just an empty graph? Do you have branches and
tags in your repository?

In common repository layouts you will only receive a reasonable revision
graph on trunk.
