Since we didn't change *anything* SSL related for a very long time and
many many TSVN releases, I really doubt that this could have happened
due to a simple TSVN upgrade.

Make sure that:
* you installed TSVN properly (if in doubt, uninstall, reboot, install, reboot).
* your p12 certificate is not corrupt
