URL -> WC copy with TortoiseSVN (possible bug)

Hi,

I was looking for a proper way to perform URL->WC copy with TortoiseSVN (this is normally supported by command line client). I didn't find any better way than to open Repository Browser, select "Copy to..." and I entered the path to my working copy location instead of URL. This had surprising effects:

1) I was asked for a commit message (which is useless when copying to WC)
2) Some strange folders appeared in the Repository Browser (but it wasn't actually present in the SVN and disappeared after refresh)
3) The resources were correctly copied into to my working copy.

It seems to me, that 1) and 2) are actually bugs. Or did I abuse this "Copy to..." feature and the bug is that my operation wasn't refused completely?

Is there any other (correct) way how to perform URL->WC copy with Tortoise?

Thanks in advance for the answers.
