[bug] Unified diff of first revision

Hello,

I look at the log of one of the files: "Log messages" window appears.

I click the initial revision of my file, and right-click to show context window.

I click on "Show differences as unified diff".

I get an error message: "Unable to find repository location for
'myfile.txt' in revision 87" (the file was added in revision 88).

I think that in that case I should get a unified diff looking like
"every line added". In worst case, the menu item should be disabled.
