TortoiseSVN I imagine requires the Subversion source to build, and
since you don't have that it is failing. Since build.txt says to
checkout TortoiseSVN into SVN\TortoiseSVN I'm guessing you were
supposed to have placed Subversion source in SVN\
Perhaps build.txt should note that the first step should be placing
down the Subversion source?
