Building tortoisesvn from source in windows

Hi All,
I am trying to build the tortoisesvn from source. I download the src for windows.
I followed the instructions given in build.txt file.

When I build the code in VS.Net 05 the IDE gives fatal error for the files svn*.*.h not found( ie svn_wc.h, svn_diff.h etc).

When I checked for this files, I found that no file ie svn*.*.h is present on mey machine.

Thus please help me.
