Being able to blame a diff?

From: Andrew Brampton <brampton_at_gmail.com>

Hi,
I like the blame feature, and I really like the diff viewer, but one thing I
wanted to do today was to view the diff between two revisions ie revision 10
and revision 20. Then I wanted to see who caused which lines in the diff, ie
blaming the diff.

I found I could get the blame between two revisions (and the lines before
the starting revision were listed as being revision -1). However I would
have much preferred to use the TortoiseSVN's Diff viewer instead of the
blame viewer, and possibly then be able to remove the revision -1 lines (to
make it easier for me to view).

If this is not possible now can I submit this as a feature request?

Thanks for any reply
Andrew

P.S If the diff viewer can display the user blame field, then it might be
possible to discontinue the blame viewer and default to using the diff
viewer?
