Bug Report: TortoiseMerge doesn't use variable-width fonts correctly

From: Kevin Greiner <greinerk_at_gmail.com>
Date: 2006-01-24 15:53:00 CET

Environment:
-TortoiseSVN 1.3
-Windows XP

Description:
TortoiseMerge's two-pane view doesn't display changed lines properly
when using a variable-width font such as Arial. There are white
"holes" in both the left and right windows as well as the small window
as the bottom. The single-pane view works correctly.

To reproduce:
Open a diff, perhaps from the log dialog. Change TortoiseMerge font to
a variable width font such as Arial. Restart TortoiseMerge. Go to the
first diff. Notice how both panes and the comparison window have white
holes. Switch to the one-pane view (Ctrl-D) and reload. The holes are
gone.
