Create patch fails

Hello,

When I'm trying to create a patch (context menu "Create patch...") with
TortoiseSVN v1.3.0 by right-clicking on a folder containing changed
files a dialog box pops up saying that access to the directory is
denied. Doing a right-click on a changed file always results in an empty
list box saying "file list is empty".

Am I doing something wrong?
