It doesn't have to be a very formal group. Just most people, myself
included, view such emails as the product of someone with the maturity of a
9 year old. When you actually email the correst list,
users@subversion.tigris.org, I suggest you thoroughly think through your
email and include any information people will likely need to help you. You
barely gave any information beyond "it doesn't work."
