SV: Re: Connect to a repos

I know what the error says, but It can't be correct.

Everything works in a web browser and with the "svn" utility, only TSVN doesn't work.

That error has nothing to do with authentication, it's saying it can't connect to the server. If you try http://visby/public/sandbox2 <http://visby/public/sandbox2/Error> in a web browser what happens? Either something is wrong with your server, or that url.
