Hi,
I am using the version 1.3 of TortoiseSVN, on a Win XP + SP2. I am behind a firewall and have updated accordingly the settings.
I create a folder 'D:\SVN\ezPublish' on which I give full right to everyone. (D: is a local disk).
When I right click on this folder and select "Checkout", I see some transfer rate at the bottom of the screen for 5 sec. then I get the following message:
Error Working copy 'D:\SVN\ezPublish' locked
Error Please execute the "Cleanup" command.
I have tried two different SVN repository and have exactly the same symptom.
If after I try to do a cleanup, and then an update I get the following error:
Error REPORT request failed on '/nextgen/!svn/vcc/default'
Error REPORT of '/nextgen/!svn/vcc/default': 400 Bad Request (http://pubsvn.ez.no)
I went through the user guide, FAQ, mailing lists but cannot find the reason of my problem.
Do you have any idea ?
