Just clutching at straws really. F5 should in that case show the correct
statuses, but as others have said, there have been many improvements to
the caching lately, so you may be seeing a bug which is already fixed.
Do try a recent nightly build.

That said, the only guaranteed way is to use 'Check for modifications'
or 'Commit' to get a complete crawl of your WC regardless of the state
of icons and TSVNCache.
