I've experienced the same thing in 1.2.6.4786 and in some previous versions. Attached to this email are two example screen shots.

Subject: Bugreport? color highlighting bug ID when entering log message

Using TortoiseSVN v1.2.6.4786

I have the bugtraq:logregex property set to ((ENIS|HFU)-[0-9]+)

When entering the following message on commit: "test ENIS-123 test test test test" the blue color highlighting for the BUG-id highlights "ENIS-123 test test tes"
When entering the following message on commit: "test HFU-123 test test test test" the blue color highlighting for the BUG-id highlights "HFU-123 test test te"

It also shows some characters in the highlighting italic and some character normal.

Perhaps there is an error in my reg.exp, but I'm guessing it is a bug in the color highlighting. The bug-ID's are picked up correctly when showing the revision log.
