Yes, when you do that directly in the repobrowser, then you end up with
multiple new revisions (one for each folder you've moved).

But I guess you already have a working copy of
https://wush.net/svn/pmd/IF_Firmware ?

Then you should just move the files/folders in your working copy and
then commit. Just make sure you right-drag the files/folders and use the
"move files in Subversion to here" entry in the context menu. Don't just
move the files/folders the normal way in explorer!
