ssh tunnel to different portnumber

Hi all
Ive just installed latest tortisesvn. I need to access a svnserver
tunneld through ssh on a non-statndard port number - can someone tell me
how to do this?

Appologies if this is in your mail archive, but I don't seem to be able
to get anysearch results out of it.
