I set the property "bugtraq:number" to "false" (minus quotes), and it 
gives an error message (actually a little balloon in Windows) that only 
numbers and commas are allowed.  I can enter any text in the box that I 
like, the error message appears when I hit the "Okay" button to perform 
the commit.
