config-dir for tortoiseproc.exe

Hello

I did not found anything about this issue, so I try here:

I defined a centralized config file which is used for all subversion
command line actions (setting the --config-dir switch) we use.
But for committing changed sources I'd like to use the toirtoiseproc.exe
program with the pretty frontend, which works fine.

My question: Is there any way to force tortoiseproc.exe to use a
centralized config file (without to have a copy in each users temp
directory)?
