Context Menu Bug/Anomaly

Hello everybody. I'm new to the list and I searched but couldn't find any messages that noted this *extremely* minor bug.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a shortcut to TortoiseProc.exe (e.g. "C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin\TortoiseProc.exe" /command:repobrowser /path:"file://repositorypath" /notempfile)
2. Right Click the shortcut
3. Notice two instances of the "TortoiseSVN" Context menu (hey I said it was minor)
