SVN Update Issue

 
I'm having an issue and I'm not sure what my next step should be.

SVN: 1.2.3
TSVN: 1.2.6 Build 4786

STEPS TO REPRO:
1) Right-click to SVN Update

RESULT:
I get an error message (all in red) as follows.

Error PROPFIND request failed on
'/subversion/projects/hrreloc/branches/dev'
Error PROPFIND of '/subversion/projects/hrreloc/branches/dev': could
not connect to
Error server (https://svn01.companyname.com)

EXPECTED:
TSVN to update successfully.

I've been using TSVN with no problems up until now. I have rebooted
and I still get the same issue. Other developers on my team have no
problems with using TSVN and they're using SVN Update with no issues.

Recommendations?
