Referencing files in the repository

Hi

Can anyone point me in the right direction for sharing/referencing files in
a tortoise subversion repository? Can it be done?

I have multiple projects that share a certain word document. Am I able to
configure my repository so that when I check out any of the projects, the
latest revision of the shared file is also included? I think it was
something to do with modules in cvs but I haven't been able to find out how
to do it under subversion (tortoise).
