First, look if the hidden .svn-folders are present. They hold the meta
information about from which repository/revision this working copy is.

Or try with the svn command line client. If it also does not recognize it as a
working copy it isn't a working copy.

Which version of TSVN are you using?

Is there are process running named "TSVNCache.exe"?
