Renaming Issue

When I rename a versioned file by windows, not by tsvn, and it is only a
case change the icon is still visible but the context menu is set to an
unknown file. Commit, update and so on has disappeared, that's okay. But
the icon should also disappear. Also the state is not changed.

Is this like it should be?
