problem with case of files

My SVN server is on linux machine and if I access it from my windows machine (using TortoiseSVN) there seems to be following problem. Files named x.cpp and X.cpp are considered as two separate files. If some user has all lower case files, he commits them - they're added. Another user has all upper case files, he commits them - these files are added too. Is there any way to prevent files from doubling?
