And that's another problem: the commit dialog already is very crowded.
Adding yet another checkbox wouldn't be easy: currently I wouldn't know
where to put it without making the dialog bigger.

Parsing bug number and disabling the addition in case if bug number is
negative for example (-1) will be quite fine for me.

Yes: the bugtraq:warnifnoissue property will show a warning dialog for
the bugtraq:logregex as well if no issue reference is present.

I shall try. This feature is not mentioned in documentation. The
documentation is written in such a way that it is hard to guess that this
property also works in this scenario.
