And that's another problem: the commit dialog already is very crowded.
Adding yet another checkbox wouldn't be easy: currently I wouldn't know
where to put it without making the dialog bigger.

Yes: the bugtraq:warnifnoissue property will show a warning dialog for
the bugtraq:logregex as well if no issue reference is present.
