Hi devs,
 Just installing TortoiseSvn 1.9.0. Not totally right yet.

api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer
Try reinstalling to fix this problem.

reinstalling didn't fix it ( no supprise there ).

Installed VS 2015 redistributables from MS to get me going.
