Hi,

After quite a long time, TortoiseSVN 1.9.0 is finally ready.
This is a new major release with lots of new features.

Note: Version 1.9.0 requires at least Windows Vista or later. Windows XP
and Server 2003 are not supported anymore.

If you don't want to update to this new major release just yet, we also
have a bugfix release for the 1.8.x versions:
Version 1.8.12, linked with Subversion 1.8.14.

This is a bugfix-only release.

the svn library fixes three security issues:
     CVE-2015-3184
     CVE-2015-3187

Note: these security issues are all related to the server part of svn,
they don't affect TortoiseSVN.
