Hi folks,

just as a source of inspiration, here's the examdiff context menu, which I
find very intuitive. It works for files and folders and it covers
Hans-Emils (and my) user case :)

"Compare To..." brings up the file/folder selection dialog with the
selected item as the first item to compare.
"Compare to "xxx"" compares the selected item with the first selected item
"Select first item to compare" does just that
