Strange, looks ok.
Also if I add a file with the same content and do a blame, it shows
correct on my machine.

Can you maybe run a blame on that file, then while the blame window is
still open go to the windows temp folder (enter "%temp% in the explorer
path bar), sort the files by date and find the file that has a name like
svnXXX.tmp.txt

then zip that file and send it here (or directly to me). That's the file
the blame viewer gets from TortoiseProc to show the blame info.

And maybe you can also zip your file you do the blame on and send it
too. Not sure if I can reproduce the blame on my machine but it's worth
a try...
