Is it possible to specify '@REV' for automatic merge?

On Subversion 1.8, I often need to specify the latest revision that will be considered for merging:

svn merge SOURCE_at_REV

Is there any way to specify @REV for automatic merge on TortoiseSVN 1.8.0?
